Two stipend-paid and one unpaid internship positions available in Education and Exhibits. Under the guidance of the Education Coordinator and Museum Director interns will gain experience in preparing museum education programs utilizing archives and artifacts collections; work on developing exhibit spaces; work with artifact research; assist with planning and development; work with volunteer committee members and outreach.
One stipend-paid and two unpaid internships available in Archives. Under the guidance of the Museum Director / Archivist interns will assist with processing selected collections. Skills and experience building opportunities include reprocessing collections to increase accessibility and storage space; preparing collections for public access; creating finding aids; mining collections to increase access to voices of diversity.
