Please include instructions for how to apply.: This position serves as records management and archival consultant to local public agencies in 29 counties for the Western Kentucky region. The public agencies can include county clerks, sheriffs, fiscal court members and public school districts. This position coordinates and conducts training, develops records retention schedules, administers and monitors records management grants awarded to public agencies in the region and provides guidance in the use of technology for recordkeeping.
This position can be located in any of the following counties in the Western Kentucky region: Allen, Ballard, Barren, Butler, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Daviess, Fulton, Graves, Henderson, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Logan, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, McLean, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Simpson, Todd, Trigg, Union, Warren, and Webster.
