Please include instructions for how to apply.: Rod Library at the University of Northern Iowa seeks an energetic library or archives professional who embraces professional standards and trends in the field, with a commitment to providing access to the collections for the position of Archival Processor & Reference Associate.

Job description is as follows:
Arranges and describes new and existing archival, book, and manuscripts collections; created detailed inventories and contextual/historical information for collections; writes and publishes online finding aids for manuscripts and archival collections; provides patrons with timely and accurate information for their reference queries and reproduction requests in person, over the phone, and online; develops and updates documentation; and trains student staff. Bachelor’s degree in history or a related field plus at least one year of experience in library special collections or archives required. Student experience will be considered. Master’s degree in library science or public history preferred.
