Job Description (if URL to posting not available). Please include instructions for how to apply.: We are currently looking for an instructor to teach our online course, Intro to EAD. This is a remote position.
Course is asynchronous and 4 weeks in length. Students are expected to devote 8-10 hours in total.
A course outline will be provided but the instructor must create the course curriculum.
Instructors must have:
– MLS or master’s degree in a related field and some experience related to Encoded Archival Description.
– Previous experience working as a librarian, archivist, or museum professional.
Online teaching experience is not required. Willing to train right candidate.
Course is expected to run late October/Early November.
