Digital Archivist, Archives and Rare Books Library

Full-time, faculty tenure-track
University of Cincinnati Libraries is inviting applications for the position of Digital Archivist, Archives & Rare Books Library (ARB). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital workflows including, but not limited to, born-digital archives, the digitization of existing analog materials, and the digital preservation of established electronic records. Additionally, the Digital Archivist will coordinate and provide technological support for ARB staff including the ARB website, discovery of digital content, and maintenance of digital collections and exhibitions.
These positions are covered by AAUP UC’s collective bargaining agreement. UC faculty librarians have access to annual funding to support conference attendance and professional development needs.
