Current enrolled master’s student in their second semester or second year of graduate program Enrolled in a masters within the following fields: librarianship, archives, history, education, sociology, humanities, or related fields Basic knowledge of digitization, metadata standards (e. g., Dublin Core, EAD), digital preservation, and primary research process process of converting analog to digital format Understanding of archival principles, processing, and cataloging collections Awareness of copyright laws and ethical consideration when working with sensitive topics i. e. holocaust, genocide, and human rights Understanding the importance of histories and archival sources Proficiency in word, excel, access, project management software Strong writing and communication skills
