The Hoover Institution Library & Archives at Stanford University is seeking enthusiastic undergraduates, graduate students, or recent grads for 10-12 week Summer Internships (June 2 or June 16 start). This full-time, onsite role supports researchers by completing circulation tasks and assisting patrons while contributing to Preservation/Conservation, Research Services, and Collections Management projects. Training is provided.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and effective communication abilities. Preferred candidates will have experience in libraries or museums, along with non-English language proficiency. Interns gain insights into special collections and archival principles, including preservation techniques and collections management.
