YOUR ROLE: The Archives & Digital Collections Intern will support projects that preserve Promega’s history, knowledge, and cultural assets while improving access and usability of archival and collection resources. The role will focus on organizing and preparing materials for long-term access, with an emphasis on refining and structuring archival content into formats optimized for AI tools such as GPTs. The intern will help ensure accuracy and accessibility in the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and archive portal, while contributing to the development of engaging, searchable, and employee-facing resources that enhance organizational learning and storytelling.
