Role Overview
The Archival Intern will evaluate Polar’s historical materials and design a complete archival program. The archive includes press clippings, bottles, packaging, and advertising assets representing more than 139 years of company heritage. The intern will propose and manage a budget to modernize and organize the full archival system.
Internship Details
• Paid, part-time, approximately 6 weeks
• Flexible scheduling

• Opportunity to build an archival program from the ground up
Responsibilities
• Develop archival program and materials budget
• Process, rehouse, and digitize physical assets
• Inventory and organize archival materials
• Create directories and database structure
• Prepare items for long-term storage
• Recommend ongoing archival workflows and storage solutions
• Produce documentation for acquisitions, access, and collections policy
Qualifications
• Independent and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Creative problem solving and curiosity
