Last Call: Sign up for an adviser appointment at SAA Career Center by 7/21!

Hi Everyone!

I’ve been scheduling appointments like mad in the last week, but we still have lots of open slots.  The SAA Career Center is a great resource available at the SAA Annual Meeting, where you can sit down with a person in the field to talk about your résumé or CV, cover letter, and interviewing questions.  Not only that, but you can talk to someone who works at the type of institution you are interested in, and get the inside scoop.  The advisers are there to talk to you about your career plans, at whatever stage of the process you are!

Drop-ins are always welcome at the Career Center, but why not guarantee that you can talk to the adviser of your choice by scheduling an appointment?  Please take a look at this website for this year’s adviser schedule, pick out some times or advisers that would work for you, and email me with your choices by MONDAY, JULY 21.
