Please include instructions for how to apply.: The Archives of American Art seeks candidates to assist with an African American collecting initiative funded by the Henry Luce Foundation. A $6,500 stipend, based on a full-time, ten-week schedule, is available for this summer internship. We encourage minority candidates to apply.

Interns will assist the Luce Initiative Archivist and the Curator of African American Manuscripts in pursuing archival collections and processing new archival acquisitions that broaden and deepen the Archives’ resources for the study of African American art.
