Compensation: $25/hr

The Toro Company’s Media Production Resources team produces videos, photography and live events to promote Toro’s brands, products and services. We create hundreds of thousands of assets every year, and are challenged with the task of archiving, tagging and retrieving them on an ongoing basis. This small, creative group requires a very organized, disciplined individual to instill structure into our chaos.

This position affords a flexible schedule within a fun, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of digital archiving experience, is detail orientated, focused and self-motivated. Previous work with video/photography assets, Adobe Premiere, CatDV or Workfront is a plus.

– Archive digital video and photography assets into existing Media Asset Management System (CatDv)
– Create & gather metadata for ingest into our digital asset management system
– Work closely with our established outside Media Asset Management partner
– Collaborate with staff photographers, videographers and producers to help systemize and maintain the team’s project “wrap” process
– Audit ingested assets and metadata for accuracy before deleting media from local drives
– Verify job numbers, project titles and file structures
– Maintain on-site video library of finished projects
– Update project status in Project Management System (Workfront)
– Help develop new processes to streamline the MAM System with new Project Management System
– Retrieve and deliver assets upon request for producers and clients
