We are seeking a Product Manager, Digital Asset Management (DAM) for Esko!

This role could be REMOTE!

If you are in or around Chicago or Minneapolis, we do have offices there if you desire!

You will drive DAM voice-of-customer (VoC) engagements and support presales activities. Other responsibilities include:

Represent Esko as a Subject Matter and Best Practices Expert on the inner-workings of the MediaBeacon product in discussions and presentations for current customers and prospects including:

Participate in recurrent Business Reviews with key customers, listening to feedback on the current solution and documenting customer ideas for improvement. Reviews often include guiding discussions on approaching business challenges and customer planning as informed by knowledge of upcoming product releases and broader industry trends.

Provide support in the presales process by supporting solution design and objection handling.

Lead presentations, events, and webinars on DAM specific topics

Attend regularly scheduled customer-sponsored events to listen and provide product context

Shape a competitive and compelling product roadmap:

Collect and translate VoC insights and needs into business requirements

Review competition and broader industry to identify gaps and new opportunities to increase the MediaBeacon competitiveness

Assist in development epics prioritization based on customer needs, competitive opportunities, risk, and technical debt

Work with Engineering and Operations to prioritize maintenance projects which drive operational efficiency and support cost reductions

Shepherd delivery of roadmap and communication to customers and sales:

Ensure quality delivery through review of release content, in collaboration with UX and R&D

Lead creation of release documentation

Enable the success of sales and support teams by providing training on release updates

Present new features to customers during Business Reviews, Marketing presentations, and Industry Events

Other ongoing responsibilities:

Support strategic direction of DAM within the broader portfolio of Esko Brands

Support setting new processes and improving existing practices

General Requirements/Experience

3+ years of experience in Marketing Technology product management or an adjoining role

Domain knowledge in Digital Asset Management, Marketing, Design, and Creative Tools, Taxonomy and Data Management

Comfortable and effective leading discussions with partners, customers, and sales associates, from small settings to large events

A growing expertise in delivering solutions on time and within scope

Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skills

Proven experience building and maintaining trustful relationships with and within large enterprises

General knowledge of enterprise web-based, cloud based, and on-premises software architectures

Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience. MBA, a plus
