The Digital Collections Intern will work in collaboration between our Technology and Archives divisions to assist with the ongoing implementation of the Rock Hall’s Digital Asset Management System (DAMS). Under the mentorship of the Rock Hall’s DAMS Administrator, this position offers opportunities to understand the unique challenges of managing different types of digital assets; Exposure to the Museum’s rich collections chronicling the history of Rock & Roll and popular music; Provide hands-on experience working in two database systems, Cortex DAMS and Axiell CMS; and engage with staff across divisions for a wide range of professional experiences.
