Job Description
Primary responsibilities include: scanning and indexing textual and born-digital records in ORM’s database; arranging collections of staff records and preparing folder-level box inventories to enhance intellectual control; providing professional and timely reference service for White House staff (via telephone, email, or in-person conservations) by searching for and retrieving records in ORM’s database; and executing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
To qualify for consideration, candidates must have a college degree or 5+ years in a records management or archives position. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat are preferred. If chosen candidates will need to pass a drug test and FBI background check.
