We seek applicants who demonstrate cultural sensitivity, understand diverse communities, and are committed to intentional internal and external inclusivity. Over the past year, NAL launched a library-wide DEIA climate assessment, held focus groups and listening sessions, and is now creating an actionable strategic plan that holds us accountable to our goals.
