History Nebraska seeks the services of a skilled consultant to create and implement a statewide needs assessment regarding the work of the State Historical Records Advisory Board (SHRAB). The project is anticipated to be spread out over the course of 2023, with the final report and any associated documents completed in the final quarter (see Schedule of Events for more details). The total budget estimate is to be proposed by the bidder and approved by History Nebraska project coordinators upon acceptance of services. The consultant will be expected to have experience in survey design and implementation, analysis of survey information and creating reports, project management experience, writing skills, and critical thinking skills.
